Lady
with tension in back and shoulders and a knee problem, (ligament repaired in left
ankle). Possible cause.
Lifting heavy files at work.
Stress due to family concerns. Subsequently, a bruised shoulder and being unable
to raise her arm after a youngster dived on her in the swimming baths. Bowen
Treatments. Body balancing
moves on each visit. Knee, Pelvic correction, Arm moves, Temporo-mandibular joint
adjustment. (Stress induces teeth grinding and jaw clenching, this can upset the
jaws alignment.) Response
to treatment. Three treatments
gave an improvement. Became
more relaxed as the sessions proceeded. Recommended
the Bowen to others in the office. (Six eventually came for treatments.) Comments.
Very relaxing and
unobtrusive. Absolutely fine. (Despite my advice they overdid
things at one stage. Felt better so demolished a garden wall, dug up the
foundations and put them in a skip.)
