Gentleman. Possible
cause. Though in denial
that he had a stress problem, he had suffered bereavement. Response
to treatment. Not relaxed One
treatment. It was observed that one foot was slightly tilted outwards. He admitted
that the ache from it kept him awake at night. I said that I would treat the ankle
on his next visit, as he did not have time for more treatment. Comments. Not
too bad. No noticeable change (The usual contradiction from people with
stress.) Came for the second
treatment thanked me for my care and consideration. I sensed that he did not want
me to treat him, so we agreed that he would call me if he decided to have another
session. No further contact. This
was a typical scenario for someone with stress.
