Hip injury . 20-10-011.

Elderly Gentleman.

Possible causes.

Fall due to having the onset of cerebellar Palsy. An X-ray had been done and the diagnosis was that the hip was not fractured.

Bowen Treatments.

I said that I was not going to touch the hip, and did some of the body balancing moves.

Response to treatment.

Relaxed as best he could under the circumstances.

Comments.

Telephone call from his son the next day. He was back in hospital as a consultant had seen the X-ray and had seen that the hip was in fact fractured.

Any diagnosis given has been as advised to the patient by either their GP or other medical practitioner.
